CLASS I. A Special Award (Plaque) will be presented to dogs finishing the Iditarod or the Yukon Quest on a team that placed in the upper one-half bracket of placings according to the number of entries.

CLASS II. An Award (Plaque) will be presented to any dog that finishes the Iditarod or the Yukon Quest.

1. Only races of 100 miles or more will count.
   
2. Total of 15 points required. Points are earned by the following two methods. Methods may be combined for total points but only one method per race may be used.
   
3. Count one bonus point per race if the team consisted of all Siberian Huskies. (Dog may run in mixed breed team.)
   
4. Only dogs that complete the race in harness (and/or run all heats) may earn points.
   
   METHOD 1:
   

   A. Races of 100-199 miles
   

   • 3 points for dogs on winning team.
     
   • 2 points for finishing within 105% of winner's time.
     
   • 1 point for finishing within 110% of winner's time.

   B. Races of 200-299 miles
   

   • Points are 4, 3, and 2 points as outlined above.

   B. Races of 300 or longer
   

   • Points are 5, 4, and 3 points, as outlined above.

   METHOD 2:
   

   A. Races of 100-199 miles
   

   • 3 points for dogs on winning team.
     
   • 2 points for finishing in the upper one-third bracket of placings according to number of teams starting the race.
     
   • 1 point for finishing in upper one-half, (but not the upper one-third) bracket of placings according to number of teams starting the race.

   A. Races of 200-299 miles
   

   • Points are 4, 3, and 2 points as outlined above.

   B. Races of 300 or longer
   

   • Points are 5, 4, and 3 points, as outlined above.

1. Total of 10 points required. (See Rules of Eligibility #8).
   
2. Distance of not less than 30 miles per heat is required.
   
3. Team size limited to maximum of 10 dogs - finish with at least five dogs.
   
4. Team must have finished in the upper one-third bracket of placings according to number of teams starting the race and/or be within 120% of the winner's time.
   
5. Dog may work in a team of mixed breeds.

CLASS I. UNLIMITED

1. Total of 20 points required (see Rules of Eligibility #8).
   
2. Distance of not less than 12 miles per heat is required.
   
3. Teams must have finished in the upper one-half bracket of placings according to number of teams starting the race and/or within 120% of the winner's time.
   
4. Dog may work in a team of mixed breeds.

CLASS II. LIMITED

1. Total of 20 points required (see Rules of Eligibility #8).
   
2. Distance of not less than 5 miles per heat is required for snow and four miles for wheeled gigs.
   
3. Team must have finished in the upper one-third bracket of placings according to number of teams starting the race and/or be within 120% of the winner's time.
   
4. Dogs may work in a team of mixed breeds.

• 3 points for placing 1st.
  
• 2 points for pulling a weight 50 lbs. less than the weight pulled by the winner.
  
• 1 point for pulling a weight 100 lbs. less than weight pulled by winner.
